SAS Intro Program

Our entry-level trial gives new athletes a chance to test their current speed and explosivness. You'll recieve two free sprint assessment (beginning and end of the month) and 4 weeks of elite-level speed training for only $5.99. This is the starting point to every SAS Student

SAS Speed Lab

This program is for athletes ready to commit to getting faster year-round. Athletes train 4x per week with structured sprint programming, weekly time tracking, and performance-based progession. This tier focuses purely on speed development - ideal for athletes in any sport looking for results.

SAS D1 Prep Academy

This is what SAS University was built for. The D1 Prep Academy is a hybrid strength + speed training program that starts developing serious athletes as early as age 12. We combine structured lifting, sprint mechanics, mobility, and explosive development into a college-prep system that's engineered to produce D1-level Results by high School.

At SAS University, our mission is to build freak athletes- physically and mentally. We help kids fall in love with getting better, not burned out from doing more. Every sprint, every drill, and every lift is backed by science and tracked by time.

We dont believe in mindless conditioning or cookie-cutter programs. We believe in real work with real results - measured, tested, and proven. Whether it speed, strength, or mindset, we train with intention, not just intensity.

This isnt about running your kid into the ground. It's about unlocking performance in a way that sticks. The goal? Build atheltes who dominate in high school, get noticed in college, and carry this discipline for life.

Weekly Times

At SAS University, progress is everything. Every week brings a new challenge. From 40-yard dashes to 200s, 300s, fly runs, or max effort intervals - our athletes are timed weekly in a rotating sprint format.  This system keeps training fresh and competititve while tracking real performance growth over time. Whether it's raw acceleration or top-end speed, we track everything. Becasue if it's not timed its just conditioning.
